Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

We pride ourselves on quick processing and shipping from the state of Georgia in the USA. We use UPS or USPS, and that decision is up to you! We guarantee to ship your order within four business days, but try our best to get it shipped out as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?

At this time, we are not set up for returns through the website, but your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us via email or the contact form, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Do you make quilt jackets?

We will be launching a custom form soon, for quilted jackets. The options will include repurposing a quilt from you that you want to utilize, or using new fabric to make a fully custom jacket. We are also working with a pattern designer to get a printed jacket pattern, and will be curating quilt jacket kits, so you have everything you need to make a quilt jacket at home!

I only have a sewing machine, but no other quilting supplies. What else do I need?

You can read thousands of articles, and end up with a list of 100 items that you "need," but as long as you have a cutting mat, rotary cutter, and a seam ripper, you can get started with quilting.
